Today is the day! Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding at Madison Square Garden is reportedly taking place this evening, and more details about their exact schedule of events just dropped. Reminder: Taylor and Travis hosted a rehearsal dinner for 100 close friends and family last night, and tonight [3 July] are hosting their wedding celebration with 1,000 guests.
According to Page Six, Thursday’s rehearsal dinner at MSG’s Infosys Theater went from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Cut to the wedding day itself, which will reportedly last over 10 hours. Guests will start arriving at 3:30 p.m. [8:30pm for us here in the UK] for a cocktail hour that kicks off at 4 p.m. [9pm BST] on the “6th floor concourse” of Madison Square Garden. The ceremony will then take place at 5:30 p.m. [10:30pm BST] on the arena floor—which is reportedly being transformed into a fairy-tale garden complete with a castle. The reception will start at 6:30 p.m. [11:30pm BST] and end at 2 a.m [7am BST].
So, will fans see any of the A-list guests (or the couple themselves!) arrive or leave? Unclear, but it doesn’t sound like it based on MSG having underground parking and secure entrances, which means everyone invited to the wedding can head there in blackout cars and leave the same way—if they want. On top of that, streets around the venue have been blocked off, which means that even if some guests do arrive through the front, paps won’t be able to easily take photos.
