As if making it all the way to the Love Island final and leaving the villa with Kavan Murphy wasn’t enough, Jasmine Müller has revealed she’s also gained a rather unexpected A-list bestie from the experience: Millie Bobby Brown.
Jasmine and Kavan finished as runners-up on this year's instalment after a seriously eventful summer, which included surviving Casa Amor before Kavan ultimately returned to Jasmine.
And it turns out Stranger Things star Millie was firmly Team Jasmine. The actor, who has previously spoken about being a huge Love Island fan, followed Jasmine on Instagram while the series was airing – and apparently their friendship has since moved well beyond a casual Insta follow.
"Millie Bobby Brown and I are now friends. We're on a FaceTime basis, y'know, that's my girl," Jasmine revealed. "She's so cute. She's just such a cute girlie girl. She just wants the tea and the gossip – and I’m the same. I want all the tea and gossip."
Naturally, there could now be a Love Island x Stranger Things double date on the cards, with Jasmine revealing she’d love to get together with Kavan, Millie and her husband Jake Bongiovi.
"So cute, I’m obsessed. It's like the double date of dreams," she said.
And honestly? Going into Love Island, finding a boyfriend, making the final and coming out with Millie Bobby Brown in your FaceTime favourites is quite the summer.
"It's crazy to have the Millie Bobby Brown co-sign but, y'know, here we are."
Jasmine quickly became a favourite with Love Island viewers thanks to her outspoken nature and willingness to call out some of the boys' more questionable takes – including the suggestion that a woman having opinions was somehow a "red flag". She also earned plenty of love for always having her fellow Islanders' backs.
The self-confessed "Insta baddie" entered the villa as an OG Islander and was immediately taken with electrician Kavan, who made a surprise entrance as a bombshell alongside his brother Aidan, already in the villa.
Jas and Kav’s chemistry quickly made them one of the series' strongest couples and they eventually finished Love Island 2026 as runners-up.
They’ve also joked about merging their very different lifestyles, with Kavan admitting he was "very worried" Jasmine might get "the ick" when she finally saw his Instagram.
Jasmine, meanwhile, is more than ready to swap villa life for pub gardens and trips to Kavan’s home in Kent. And now, apparently, her post-villa plans also include FaceTimes with MBB and a potential double date with her and Jake. Casual.
