Yesterday's Jean Paul Gaultier Haute Couture show in Paris has caused quite the ruckus thanks to the barely-there, nearly naked fashions seen both on and off the runway (Florence Pugh, we're looking at you). But one celebrity keeping things very PG – aka, Disney-appropriate – is Camila Cabello.
Thanks to Cam's glam team, who shared her look on the 'Gram, we're lapping up the beauty created in all its Tinkerbell glory. Bear with me here, folks...
Dimitris Giannetos, celebrity hairstylist and Camila's longtime go-to has worked her jet-black locks up and into a sleek topknot bun; it's very reminiscent of the fictional fairy's, if you will.
Just take a look for yourself:
As shown, the tightly secured updo sits at the crown of Cam's head with her freshly cut 'teenage bangs' out and framing the face. And for some added dimension, Dimitris has left the ends of her pony out – very high-fashion model street style.
Fancy giving the look a try? Yeah, us too. To recreate, simply pull your hair back and up into a high ponytail, securing it with an elastic band. For a more caszh finish, tease out a few tendrils loose at either side of your hairline and around the ears to frame your face.
Everyone's clicking on...
Next, twist the length of the ponytail up and around into a bun, adding bobby pins to fix as you go. You can keep the topknot tight or loosen the edges by teasing out sections of hair to enlarge the bun. Finish with a mist of hairspray to set... Et voila!
Groomed tresses aside, we must also acknowledge the soft Barbiecore beat created by world-renowned makeup artist, Patrick Ta. Keeping her base fresh and freckles showing, Patrick opted for a pared-back look with a focus on a diffused rosey lip and cheek.
BRB, I'm off to brush up (pun intended) on both my hair and makeup skills... Camila, I'm coming for your gig.
