Tonight sees the return of cyber thriller series The Undeclared War on Channel 4 and we are counting down the hours until we're back in the heart of GCHQ ready for another season of cyber espionage.
The new season will see Simon Pegg back in action as Danny Patrick, the Director of Operations at GCHQ as his team come to terms with a cyber attack from Russia that is actually set up by an even bigger adversary and the growing evidence to suggest they have a mole inside their team.

Simon Pegg as Danny Patrick
Who is Danny Patrick? Danny is the series lead character and works as the Director of Operations at GCHQ and Simon Pegg, who plays Danny, goes onto describe him as "a family man. I think he's quite weather-beaten by everything that's happened at the EMC over the years. He was probably a more jovial character when he was younger, but successive incursions by foreign adversaries have worn him down a little."
What else has Simon Pegg been in? Simon Pegg is best known for his roles in movies including the Mission Impossible franchise, Shaun of The Dead, Hot Fuzz, Star Trek, and The World's End.
Hannah Khalique-Brown as Saara Parvin
Who is Saara Parvin? Saara is a coder on placement in GCHQ and Hannah Khalique-Brown who plays the role of Saara describes her character as "determined, competitive and something of a genius. At the same time, she still has a lot of growing to do - there are aspects of emotional maturity that she is yet to learn."
What else has Hannah Khalique-Brown been in? Hannah has previously starred in episodes of Wolf Hall, Black Doves and Dune: Prophecy. She also had a role in the Barbie movie.
Alex Jennings as David Neal
Who is David Neal? David is Danny's boss at GCHQ.
What else has Alex Jennings been in? Alex has been on our screens since the late 1970s and has starred in everything from TV shows such as The Crown, where he played Edward VIII, to playing Prince Charles in The Queen. He's also appeared in movies such as The Wings of The Dove, The Lady in the Van, Babel and many more.
Ed Stoppard as Richard Marston
Who is Richard Marston? This season Marston has got a promotion and is the newly appointed Foreign Secretary, who continues to have a tricky relationship with Danny.
What else has Ed Stoppard been in? Ed is best known for starring in movies such as The Pianist and TV shows including Upstairs, Downstairs, Knightfall, Homefires, Brave New World and The Frankenstein Chronicles.
German Segal as Vadim Trusov
Who is Vadim Trusov? Vadim is a top hacker from Russia, who, in the previous season leaked top secret files to Saara.
What else has German Segal been in? German has also starred in Wolf Hall: The Mirror and The Light.

Siân Brooke as Dr Barbara Napier
Who is Barbara Napier? New for this season is Simon's wife Barbara who is a former MI5 agent and now works at GCHQ as a senior Chinese linguist. Siân Brooke who plays the role of Barbara describes her as "fiercely intelligent, determined and funny. At times she's idealistic, and she's a character with many layers, which makes her incredibly rewarding to play.
What else has Siân Brooke been in? You'll most likely recognise Siân from her role in the BBC series Blue Lights as Grace Ellis. She's also starred in Sherlock, House of The Dragon, Trying and Supacell amongst other roles.
Danny Sapani as Charlie Francis
Who is Charlie Francis? Charlie is GCHQ's Head of Security and also happens to be Danny's childhood best friend.
What else has Danny Sapani been in? Danny is best known for starring in the TV shows Harlots, Killing Eve, Penny Dreadful and Halo. On the big screen he's appeared in movies such as Black Panther and Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
Chloe Pirrie as Lt Colonel Roz Cavendish
Who is Lt Colonel Roz Cavendish? Roz is brought into GCHQ by Marston for a newly created role of Director of Rapid Response, much to Danny's displeasure.
What else has Chloe Pirrie been in? You'll most likely recognise Chloe for starring in Dept Q. on Netflix last year. She's also had roles in Industry, Emma, Carnival Row, Hanna and The Queen's Gambit.
