It's back! Ginny and Georgia season three has officially landed on Netflix, reuniting us with one of the most chaotic towns in America - Wellsbury. The third season sees Georgia face trial for the murder of Cynthia's husband Tom and if that wasn't already dramatic enough, there's friendship breakdowns, new romances and high school dances to contend with. But amongst all the madness we can't help but be distracted by one small, but very important detail - Austin is supposed to be nine years old?!
The younger child of Georgia Miller, Austin, is meant to be nine years old in the events of season two and three, but given it's been two years since the show was last on TV, Diesel La Torraca who plays Austin has of course grownup and is now a 14 year old playing a nine year old. Yeah the maths isn't mathing on this one.

Antonia Gentry as Ginny Miller

Actor's age: 27
Ginny was 15 years old during the first season of Ginny and Georgia and then celebrated her 16th birthday during season two. When the show started Antonia Gentry, who plays Ginny, was 23 years old, and so had an age gap of eight years from her character, but now as the show goes into it's third season she's more than a decade older than Ginny.
Brianne Howey as Georgia

Actor's age: 36
Georgia is 15 years old when she gives birth to Ginny, and so we know she is 31 years old during the third season. She's played by Brianne Howey who is now five years older than her character.
Diesel La Torraca as Austin

Actor's age: 14
If you're watching season three you will notice Austin has had a big growth spurt, however, the character is still supposed to be nine years old as no time has passed in the show from season two to three. Diesel La Torraca who plays him is 14 years old and recently addressed the age difference with his character in a TikTok. Posting in May, Diesel shared a video of himself and captioned it: "My tryna convince people that Austin is still 9."
Sara Waisglass as Max

Actor's age: 26
Max is Ginny's best friend and they're in the same year at school so she is also 16 years old. However, in real life, she's played by Sara Waisglass who is a full decade older than Max.
Felix Mallard as Marcus
Character's age: 16
Actor's age: 27
Marcus is Max's twin, so no surprises there that he is also 16 years old. He's played by Aussie Felix Mallard who is 11 years older than his character.
Katie Douglas as Abby
Character's age: 15
Actor's age: 26
Abby is part of Ginny and Max's group and while not explicitly ever mentioned it's likely she's around 15 or 16 as she's in the same year. She's played by Katie Douglas who is 26 years old.
Ty Doran as Wolfe

Wolfe is Ginny's new love interest this season and she meets him at her poetry class. While not explicitly mentioned we can assume he's around the same as Ginny of 16. he's played by Ty Doran who is 27 years old.
Scott Porter as Paul

Actor's age: 45
Mayor Paul is one of the eldest characters in the series, and while we never learn his exact age we can presume he's around his late 30s. He's played by Scott Porter who is 45 years old.
Raymond Ablack as Joe

Actor's age: 36
Georgia originally met Joe when she was a teenager while he was on a school trip and he gives her his Rayban sunglasses, which she remembers all those years later. From this interaction we know Joe is around a similar age to Georgia of his early 30s. He's played by Raymond Ablack who is 36 years old.
Nathan Mitchell as Zion

Zion is Ginny's dad and was a teenager when he and Georgia had Ginny. He's 17 years old when they get together, making him two years older than Georgia. He's played by Nathan Mitchell, who at 36 years old, is the closest in age of all the cast to the character he plays.
