Pulse sees a group of medical residents dealing with the hustle and bustle at the Maguire Medical Center in Miami.
The 10-part series focuses on third-year resident Dannielle 'Danny' Simms, who finds herself unexpectedly promoted when chief resident Dr. Xander Phillips is suspended following a colleague's report.
But tension rises as Xander and Danny's secret relationship comes to light, revealing the challenges they've faced while working together.
Dubbed a mix between Grey's Anatomy and Scandal, Pulse is the perfect combination of intense workplace drama and high-stakes medical emergencies.

Who is Danielle "Danny" Simms? Danny is a third year resident in Emergency Medicine at Maguire Hospital in Miami. The ambitious resident has to navigate her new promotion and relationship troubles with respected chief resident, Xander Phillips.

Who is Xander Phillips? Xander Phillips is the chief resident of Emergency Medicine at Maguire Hospital. He comes from a prominent medical family, but is suddenly suspended from his job following a colleague's report.
What else has Colin Woodell been in? The Vampire Diaries fans might recognise Woodell from the show's spin-off The Originals. As well as this, Woodell recently shared the big screen with Scarlett Johansson and Channing Tatum in Fly Me to The Moon.
Jessie T. Usher as Sam Elijah
Who is Sam Elijah? Sam is a third-year Emergency Medicine resident. While supportive of his friend Danny, Sam can be very competitive and was certain that he was going to bag the promotion.
