The new Netflix series, which dropped on 11th August, sees singletons from New Zealand who have Down syndrome embark on the search for love. The official synopsis reads, "A heartwarming quest for love, this feel-good reality show follows several people with Down syndrome as they navigate the trials and triumphs of dating."
So, yes, you need to watch it.
Will there be a Down For Love season 2?
Good news, as there will be a second season of Netflix's Down For Love!
The show's production company, Attitude Productions, shared on Instagram that they are on the search for new participants for season two of the dating series.
"If you live with Down Syndrome or another intellectual disability and you are looking for the love of your life, want to explore local dating options or learn the tools to woo your future partner, Attitude Pictures would love to hear from you," they wrote. So exciting!
Who will star in season 2 of Down For Love?
As they're still casting for the series, we don't know yet but we can safely assume that it will be a brand new cast. This means we may be saying goodbye to Libby, Leisel and the rest of the current cast, but fingers crossed for updates on their love lives in the new season!
