Obviously right now we're all in the midst of full-blown Bridgerton obsession. We're searching for plot holes, Insta-stalking the cast, theorising about series 3 (fingers crossed) and probably getting ready to binge the latest instalment for a second (fifth, sixth maybe?) time. But there's one thing about the second season of Bridgerton that has fans very upset.
The second season follows the relationship between Kate Sharma (Simone Ashley) and Anthony Bridgerton (Jonathan Bailey) who spend the majority of the episodes arguing and sparring over Anthony's courtship of Kate's sister Edwina, before eventually falling madly in love. The tension is palpable and the chemistry is so electric fans have all been saying the second season is their favourite of the two.
There is, however, something about this season that has been upsetting fans ever since it landed on Netflix. Specifically, that having all binged it in less than 24 hours (we're not sorry) we've now got to wait yet another year for season 3 to drop, and that... that hurts.
And the worst part? We know we'll do the exact same thing when series 3 rolls around. And, sure, maybe we could have done ourselves a favour and not watched the entire thing before breakfast, but honestly? We regret nothing.
