Selling Sunset season four drops on Netflix this week, and much of the drama centres around Christine Quinn and new star Emma Hernan.
As the series unfolds, we see Christine taking some time away from The Oppenheim Group to give birth to her son CJ. While she's gone, Jason Oppenheim seeks the help of Emma (who has been a part of the agency for years) to take on some more listings - a bit like maternity cover for Christine.
But s*** hits the fan when their fellow estate agents realise Emma and Christine have history. The pair were apparently dating the same person at the same time, with Christine alleging he even proposed to her two months before he proposed to Emma.
"I found out about [Christine] the day that I met her," Emma says in season four. "It was not pleasant. I was leaving the gym with who I thought was my boyfriend and she pulled up with her friend and was like 'Who the f*** is this?' and started screaming 'This is my boyfriend.'"
From Christine's perspective, the story is slightly different. "[It's a] ong story. My ex boyfriend was dating this girl at the same time he was dating me. I had no idea. I caught him red handed during the day with her. So we broke up."
She later says to camera, "I know this happened years and years ago, but this is all coming back to life now because I wasn't aware Mary continued her friendship with Emma after the cheating came out."
Later, it emerges that Heather went on a date with him too. But who is this mysterious man?!
Who was the person both Emma and Christine dated in Selling Sunset?
Despite being the main talking point of Selling Sunset season 4, we don't actually find out the name of the man both Emma and Christine dated - or when they were together.
According to Us Weekly, the man in question is called Peter and has a background as a realtor at The Oppenheim Group as its director of the sports and entertainment. He is now 45, while Emma is 30 and Christine is 33, though it's unclear if he still works there.
There is a picture of Emma kissing a man named Gregory Kelleher, now married to another woman, on her mum's Instagram from back in 2014, but there's no evidence to suggest this is the man in question. Emma recently told People she is no longer engaged and is in fact single now.
Who is Christine with now?
Christine is married to Christian Richard after meeting in 2019 after season one and getting married within a year. In May 2021, they welcomed their first son together, CJ.
But the start of their relationship wasn't plain sailing, either - during season two, it was suggested that Christine began seeing Christian when he was in a relationship. "It’s insulting to him as a man, and it’s insulting to us as a couple," she told Heather on the show.
Christine later opened on Not Skinny But Not Fat about what really happened. "I met [Christian Richard] through a girlfriend of mine. She went on a date with him and she just wasn't into it. And she was like, 'Hey, I went on a date with this guy and just like, not feeling it, but I do know that he is looking for a house.'
"So I went on a date with him and, I was like, oh, I really ... like this guy. He's like different. He's funny. And then, you know, we started dating immediately and then when we were looking for houses, like we were looking for houses like for us, you know, so it really was like the perfect situation and I kind of manifested it."
