Picture this: It's 2005, you and your fellow pre-teen gal pals are discussing the annual school disco and rule beaded hair a winning look for the night. So, natch, you whip out the automatic hair braiding tool that you begged your parents for in ToysRUs and end begin the night in tears and with knotted locks. Ahh, mems.
But 'what has this got to do with Lindsay Lohan's recent hair tutorial?' I hear you ask... Well, in the actor's most recent Instagram post, we're reminded of such times thanks to the electronic hair tool she uses to achieve her trademark loose waves. (Though, the tool in question is a levelled-up version of our nostalgic Y2K hair gadget, praise the Lord.)
As demonstrated by Lindsay's hairstylist, Danielle Priano, the star is shown to be getting ready for a family "holiday party" and opts for a classic wave using the Tymo CurlGo wand.
It's cordless, automatic and best of all, pink! Who needs AI when you have a curling wand like this?!
Now, it's worth disclaiming that Lindsay is a partner of the brand and therefore, has an obligation to speak well of the product. That said, the demonstration and her Disney Princess-like waves really do speak for themselves; the self-curling gadget really is a game changer!
Not convinced? Well, other than being super affordable, the brand is a Cosmo Beauty Team fave for its Hair Straightener Brush... did someone say Dyson AirWrap dupe?! Read more about our thoughts on the brand, here.
Forget Becky with the good hair, it's all about Lindsay with the great hair! You best believe we're coming for your tresses, girl.
