Earlier this year, Camila Cabello chopped her locks into a Jane Birkin-inspired lob to ring in the autumn season. Now, circa three months later, she's only gone and debuted an even shorter 'do, and it comes just in time for the Christmas festivities! Enter: The chin-grazing bob.

Overnight, Cam took to Instagram to share that she is Nylon Magazine's most recent cover star. In the interview, the 'Señorita' singer revealed the vision behind her fourth studio album,'C,XOXO', talked about growing up in Miami and delved into how her Latina heritage inspires her music.

Of course, a star-studded set of editorial images came to accompany the interview, which – yep, you guessed it – features the bob haircut in question.

Complete with peekaboo bangs, this hairstyle is Camila's shortest to date! Props go out to hairstylist Danielle Priano who was the creative genius behind the look.

Now, as stunning as this 'do is, before you go and make like Camila with a short bob chop, it's worth speculating that this may, in fact, be the result of a wig. After all, the star was recently spotted with longer locks and we can only assume that this editorial shoot would have been wrapped months prior.

Alas, real or not, the bob still reigns supreme à la the recent cuts of Kendall Jenner, Nicola Peltz Beckham, Shania Twain and co.. So, Camila, you're always welcome, should you wish to join the bob brigade a lil more permanently...
