Just yesterday the fashion icon attended a coveted Victoria's Secret red carpet event in celebration of The Tour '23. And while her see-through wet-look dress and angel wings were one to note in the outfit department, on the Cosmo beauty desk all eyes were on her locks.
As shown in the pap snap below, Julia's head-turning hairstyle is mullet-like from her shoulders up, with a cropped fringe and layered strands but screams mermaidcore from below with her extra, extra long lengths.
Not only did Julia sport the 'do by day but she also rocked it later on and throughout the night at an evening with Pandora. The star attended yet another red carpet event in celebration of the brand's 'lab-grown diamonds'.
It's all the glitz and glam, really!
Now, as much as we'd love to believe that Julia has out Billy Ray'd Billy Ray Cyrus himself, this look is more than likely a temporary wig. That or extensions have been added to her already cropped haircut.
Alas, whether this extraordinary mullet hairstyle is here to stay or not, there's no denying that it's the longest we've ever seen. Someone get Guinness World Records on speed dial!
