Erm guys, this is not a drill, I repeat, this is not a drill! Megan Fox has indeed cut her long, hip-skimming locks off into a short chin-length bob! That is, as well as having dyed her hair bright red! No, this is not an exaggeration (or clickbait) by any means.

Megan's longtime hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos shared the dramatic news over on Instagram with a four-part carousel post and glimpse at the transformation.

He coined the look "The RED VELVET bob 🩸🩸," continuing, saying "[...] Major hair change for Megan ! French bob and red velvet shade looks soooo good!"

Sidenote: confirming that this is Meg's real hair, Dimitris put:"#notawig," in the comments section. Oh em gee!

While we're certain the Hollywood star could pull off just about any haircut and/or colour, we think this very look is her best yet. Wouldn't you agree? I mean, it is thee most sought-after shade of the upcoming spooky szn, after all!

And not only that (yes, there's more!) but Dimitris also finished off the post by sharing the exact hair dye he used. "To achieve her color I used @limecrimemakeup in valentine mixed with flaming red shades," he wrote.

So, with this knowledge in mind, why not make like Meg and shop the Lime Crime product used below.
