Celebrity doppelgƤngers are a thing, guys, not to mention nepo babies who look like their parents ā it's a thing called Hollywood DNA, don't you know? But what happens when the two collide? Well, Jennifer Garner and Jenna Ortega, two completely unrelated A-List actors, just demonstrated. Spoiler: A frenzy is said thing that happens...
Taking to Instagram just short of 24 hours ago, Jen Garner, 51, posted a video reel alongside Wednesday star, Jenna, 20. "Two of my favorites: @jennaortega & @neutrogena. Rapid Wrinkle Repair for everyone! ā„ļø #NeutrogenaPartner," Jennifer writes in the caption of her advertisement post.
Now, as infatuated as we are by the skincare results provided by the Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Retinol Anti-Wrinkle Regenerating Face Cream, £31, what had us doing a double take was just how alike the two look.
I mean, they even have the same shoulder-length wavy bob haircut and matching curtain bangs. The resemblance is uncanny!
But it's not just Cosmopolitan UK who think the pair look related because thousands of friends and fans have taken to the comments section of Jen's post to say the same thing.
"Oh Jesus, they look like mom and daughter... twin."
"I'm actually amazed at how similar you two are despite not being related."
"They have the same hair cut!! So cute!"
"Ok, am I the only one who thought they were super similar?š¤"
"You guys are so adorable together. Didnāt even think about the resemblance until this post. Same shape face PLUS the matching dimples. šš"
"The dimples, hair, eyes! Twinning! ā¤ļø"
I suppose all that we can say is: an unexpected but very well-appreciated duo. Iconique.
