We've seen Maya Jama switch it up from straight to wavy to curly all in 48 hours. Impressive. What can we say, the girl has rangeeeeee. From long poker-straight Cher vibes to her natural gorgeous loose curls, she always looks relentlessly fire, and we've come to expect the unexpected. With style that is. Because this? We were not expecting. Maya just added blonde highlights into her long tresses, and it's a sun-kissed middle finger up to this rainy sunless July.

Golden streaks of honey flood through her dark waves and we know it isn't a wig or clip-ins because in the story prior, she says: "Dyed my hair but I'll show it properly another day." And just six hours later there was this post showing it in all its full glory.

It's so subtle, we might have even missed the hair if it weren't for the caption: "Changed my hair ft Nair." Ok, well maybe that's an exaggeration, we wouldn't have missed it, with her raven tresses looking considerably lighter. The highlights looked even clearer when bundled up into a perfect top knot.

But it wasn't until we went to her stories to investigate that we saw the full impact of the highlights and just how blonde they are. Now, we just can't wait to see them in action styled up on the telly box, so we can get the full picture.
