If you hadn’t already heard, Chrissy Teigen announced a few weeks ago that she and husband, John Legend are expecting a baby *cue the confetti*. With this, we’ve seen plenty ‘a bump update, as well as a number of glowing selfies.
Now, whilst we’ve been loving watching her journey blossom through our screens thus far, the Instagram story selfie that she shared just a few hours ago has us excited in other ways, too. In a new pic, Chrissy debuted a new hair look – and it’s not just any old look, but a dramatic colour change at that. Yep, she’s only gone and got golden red highlights.
In the video selfie, Chrissy shows off her new look with a half up half down curly hairstyle, complete with face-framing bangs, ofc. Previously, the model’s locks were of a honey golden brown hue before, but now, they seem to have a much warmer highlighted tone.

If you, too, are an eagle-eyed observer, like me (humble brag), you may have also spotted that she’s had a trim, too. Unlike Jessica Alba who went the bold bob chop, Chrissy has had just a few inches taken off the ends. A tidy-up, if you will.
TBH with autumn right around the corner, Chrissy may be onto something with this look. It really is the perfect transitional shade.
