After recently revealing that she and John Legend are expecting their fourth child together (they already share Luna, Miles and Jack, who very sadly was stillborn), Chrissy Teigen has once again been taking her 38 million Instagram followers on her pregnancy journey with her.
Chrissy, a model, host and foodie entrepreneur, has always been incredibly candid about her life on social media, and her current pregnancy appears to be no different, as she's opened up about wishing her bump was bigger in her latest post.
Posting what looks to be a sneaky behind the scenes snap from a recent shoot, Chrissy explained that her least favourite stage of pregnancy is the 'in between stage', where her bump isn't super visible as yet, and added that she wishes to 'just be huge already' – and it seems to be something a lot of other mothers and mothers-to-be can relate to.
In full, she captioned the snap: "the in between stage is my least fun stage. just be huge already please !!!! Also very much love @hairinel in this pic. don’t worry we can’t see you!!"
Responding to the post, one fan of Chrissy's wrote that they had a smaller bump during their pregnancy (and wished Chrissy the best of luck with her pregnancy), "I'm always at that stage till like, 32 weeks then it's just HUGE, huge, huge... delivery. I am rooting to see you 'huge' ❤️ enjoy yourself!"
Another added, "Same! Always wanted to be big and waddling lol 😂 like come on"
Everyone's clicking on...
While a third wrote, "Yes! That in between stage that people look at you and think 'that chick needs to layoff the weekend beer binges'" and a fourth chimed in with, "Oh I hate that in between phase too! I felt like I just looked like I ate too many burritos instead of actually being pregnant. You look like a stunning preggers though; no burritos. Ha".
When announcing her pregnancy, Chrissy shared that she'd been undergoing fertility treatment to help her conceive. In a post on 3 August, she wrote: "The last few years have been a blur of emotions to say the least, but joy has filled our home and hearts again. 1 billion shots later (in the leg lately, as u can see!) we have another on the way. Every appointment I’ve said to myself, 'ok if it's healthy today I'll announce' but then I breathe a sigh of relief to hear a heartbeat and decide I'm just too nervous still.
"I don't think I'll ever walk out of an appointment with more excitement than nerves but so far, everything is perfect and beautiful and I'm feeling hopeful and amazing. Ok phew it's been very hard keeping this in for so long!"
Wishing you nothing but a healthy and happy pregnancy, Chrissy (and for what it's worth, we think you look amazing at every single stage of it!).
