It feels like it was just yesterday that we were watching 12-year-old Millie Bobby Brown make her debut as Eleven on Stranger Things. So, when seeing the 18-year-old looking so grown up on Instagram with her most recent glam hair and makeup look, we were really hit in the feels. #ProudFanMoment.

Now, the look we're talking about comes to us from her very own beauty brand's IG page, florence by mills – which, if you didn't already know (though you should, because I think everyone and their mothers do), is a vegan, and cruelty free skincare and makeup company. We love to see it.

In the picture, Mills is giving "glam goals" (as the account puts it) with a full face beat that includes a glossy magenta lip and grungy eyeliner look which has been extended into the inner corner with a small wing. Evidently, the Bella Hadid fox eye makeup trend lives on and we're still so here for it.

As much as we love the makeup look, what transforms the star into looking like an ethereal mermaid/Disney princess is those long blonde wavy locks, which are complete with a parted fringe, no less. I mean, the lengths are practically hip-skimming! Rapunzel, who?

To no surprise, Millie isn't the only celebrity to have rocked this look as the Kardashians (specifically Kim and Khloe) were all about this hairstyle not too long ago. So much so that we even coined it the hairstyle of summer '22. And as well as the ladies who make up the biggest family on reality TV, we've seen Reese Witherspoon, Gigi Hadid and Katy Perry all sport the XXL mermaid waves, too.

This hairstyle, combined with the current UK heatwave is getting me all H2O: Just Add Water nostalgic. Anyone up for a game of mermaids?
