There’s an abundance of ways we can show someone that we love them. Love languages come in many different forms: physical touch, words of affirmation, acts of service, gift giving and quality time, to name a few. And while many of us would love to receive a bunch of flowers or even a box of Hotel Chocolat truffles (hint, hint), Kourtney Kardashian has opted for a different approach to showing her love – and that comes in the form of getting Travis Barker’s initials stamped on her fingertips.
And no, she hasn’t gone completely rogue and gotten ‘Travi Baby’ tattooed on her knuckles (although, maybe that’s next on her list), instead her latest manicure, painted by celebrity nail artist Lisa Kon, features her fiancé’s initials. On both ring fingers, no less.
Kourtney shared the nod to her husband-to-be with pictures of her red almond shaped nails, which she shared on Instagram stories. Snapping a pic of the 'T' on her left hand alongside her morning matcha, she wrote on the post: “A 't' @lisa_kon [...] ❤️ [...] and a 'tea'”. I see what you did there, Kourt.
And she didn’t just stop at one Travis-inspired nail. Following the first pic came another, revealing the matching “B” on her right hand.
Lisa also shared the blackletter gothic font mani to her own Instagram feed, letting slip that the gesture was in fact for Valentine’s Day. Cute!
But this isn’t the first time the Poosh founder has repped Travis’ initials. Late last year, we saw the mum-of-three take her fashion statements to the next level with two “TB” pendant necklaces. Super cute!
Everyone's clicking on...
If this is how we're professing our love nowadays, then I need to up my game.
