After 12 seasons of Love Island UK and three seasons of Love Island: All Stars, we've seen a LOT of couples go through their many challenges, dates, and heartfelt moments. And while there have been plenty of breakups since the show started over a decade ago, there are lots of couples from the show who are still together, many of whom have gone on to get engaged, married, and even welcome babies.

Time will tell whether any of the couples from season 13 end up joining this group, but now seems like a good time to review which Love Island couples are still together in our good year 2026. As of July, we’ve got seven pairs who are married (the latest being Tom Clare and Molly Smith), three who are engaged (if you count Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague...), and a whopping 12 Love Island babies (though Luis Morrison and Cally Jane Beech from season 1 have since split).

If you're in need of definitive proof that the show actually helps people find love, Nathan and Cara are it.

The pair (who won the 2016 season of Love Island) did temporarily split, but soon after, they broke the news that they were expecting a child together. They rekindled their relationship just before Freddie-George arrived in December 2017, and the following year, Nathan proposed to Cara on a return visit to the Love Island Villa.

They married in June 2019, and in March 2020, they announced they were expecting their second child, Delilah, who was born in July 2020. My heart!

In one of the cutest reality TV love stories ever, Olivia and Alex fell in love in front of the nation and became the first Love Island couple to tie the knot!

Their wedding in September 2018 included an eight-tier cake, a Prosecco van and a surprise appearance by a former X Factor contestant. Because of course it did.

The couple has also since welcomed two children: Abel, who arrived in June 2022, and Sienna in August 2025.

These two had a rocky road to romance in series 3 after Jess got dumped from the Villa, leaving Dom behind, but thankfully, the two found their way back to each other.

The following year, Jess and Dom had an intimate wedding ceremony in Mykonos, and though they’ve kept things pretty private since then, we know they’ve had two kids together, born in October 2019 and June 2022.

Tommy and Molly came second in the fifth series of Love Island in 2019, and were one of fan's favorite couples ever from the show. In January 2023, they welcomed their first child together, a little girl named Bambi, later getting engaged in Ibiza the following July.

Just over a year later in August 2024, Molly took to Instagram Stories to share the couple had split after five years together. Fans were devastated to hear the news at the time, only for Molly to reveal in her documentary which came out in March 2025 that they were giving things another try. Then, in June 2026, they welcomed their second child, Midas.

In July 2020, Lucie and Luke went public with their romance after he split from Demi Jones in May. While Love Island fans were thrilled to see two ex Islanders come together, Demi wasn't so into it and posted a series of cryptic comments which were seemingly directed at the new couple.

It looks like that's all water under the bridge now, though, as Luke and Lucie not only live together, but are married as of June 2026.

Sophie and Josh were both Bombshells in the Love Island: All Stars Villa, and while Chris Taylor was keen to try and graft on Sophie, it was clear they only had eyes for each other (although Joshua did have a little bit of a flirtation with Joanna Chimonides on the side).

Wil and Uma had a bit of a rocky road during Love Island 2024. While she was originally coupled up with Ayo, Wil joined the Villa as a Bombshell. The pair formed a strong bond before Casa Amor, where he kissing Layla Al-Momani. Despite choosing to stay loyal during the recoupling, Uma was left gutted to hear about what happened.

Bombshell Reuben then arrived, and made a play for Uma. When he chose to recouple with her, Wil was dumped from the Villa—but Uma decided to leave with him, saying she had found love. The pair then went official as boyfriend and girlfriend, and revealed during the live Love Island final that they were moving in together. Oh, and they’re now engaged!

Luca and Grace had a *journey* during All Stars, with Luca joining as part of the original line up and struggling to find a connection. When Grace headed in as a Bombshell, though, the pair had a spark, which was put to the test by Samie Elishi, due to the fact Luca had previously said how much he fancied her.

While the general public coupled Luca and Samie up, he quickly recoupled with Grace, and the pair came runners-up in the All Stars final, saying the next step on the outside would be them going official as boyfriend and girlfriend.

Another fave of ours, Shakira and Harry just managed to make it back to each other a week before the final, after weeks of Harry cracking on with both her and Helena. Harry admitted that his feelings for Helena were more friendly, and rekindled things with Shakira. They managed to make it to the final and finished in second place behind Toni and Cach.

Since leaving the Villa, the duo seem totally loved up, going out on dates, making vlogs, attending events together, and even moving in together.

We're actually quite obsessed with these two. Megan was dumped from the show just as things were really getting started with Conor. She later returned to the Villa, and it was like no time had passed between them.

Although they didn't make it to the final, they did find each other and are still going strong outside the Villa. You can find them making lots of cute TikTok videos together.
