The blonde bombshell that took Love Island (and now the world) by storm, Molly-Mae Hague has just debuted a brand new hair colour. Enter: warm, muted strawberry blonde red.
Just short of 24 hours ago, Molly-Mae took to Instagram to debut the new look. The star posted a number of selfies on her Story alongside celebrity hairstylist, Chris Appleton. In the capable hands of Kim Kardashian, Dua Lipa and Jennifer Lopez’s hairstylist, Molly opted to go bold with a transformative hair colour that we've never before seen her with.
Take a look at the selfie image she shared, below:
As shown, while the colour isn't a vibrant pre-Raphaelite red, it, instead, holds a softer strawberry blonde tone with chestnut brown hues throughout; It's a shade that when pictured in golden hour sunlight, resurrects with life.
Now, if you didn't already know, red-toned hair colours are, unfortunately, the fastest to fade. So, if you're planning to make like the reality star with a burnt butternut squash hair colour, we recommend low-maintenance upkeep with an in-shower hair gloss. Our favourite ATM is the dpHUE Gloss in shade 'Strawberry'.
Finishing the look, Chris styled Molly-Mae's long locks in a soft blowout – which, we're assuming would have been achieved with a round brush and blow dryer.
To recreate a similar look at home, watch the below YouTube video tutorial in which Chris walks us through the exact process.
From prep to final hair flip, we're coming for your 'do, Molly-Mae!
