In the name of beauty and skincare, there aren't many things I wouldn't try and I guess that goes for Jennifer Aniston, too. The actor just admitted that she has previously smothered salmon semen all over her face... or something like that, anyway.
In a recent interview with WSJ. magazine, the Friends alum revealed the secret to her ageless beauty. And ofc, it's one to note seeing as she hasn't changed one bit since season 1 of the iconic TV show. Long live Rachel Green.
"When it comes to looking young, she says she'll try almost anything once. Recently, an aesthetician suggested a salmon-sperm facial," the interview reads, followed by Jen's reaction to this. "First of all, I said, ‘Are you serious? How do you get salmon’s sperm?’," she questioned.
Now, unfortunately (or rather, fortunately for us), Jen admitted that "she doesn’t know if it did anything," – fishy, if you ask me – before sharing her swear-by ritual: "weekly peptide injections that purport to battle the effects of aging".
"I do think that’s the future," she said.
Now, while we're not opposed to injectables nor are we all for said treatment, you can achieve similar, if not the same skincare benefits minus the needles. Just see to Hailey Bieber's infamous brand, Rhode that makes use of said peptides. A fountain of youth all around.
That is unless you're willing to give the salmon sperm a go...
