Just when we thought AR (augmented reality) filters couldn't get any more shocking, Kylie Jenner proves otherwise. And no, the beauty mogul hasn't created her very own filter but instead, she's tried out an existing one in a recently shared TikTok video.
Just a few months ago, the app's 'bold glamour' AR filter was topic of conversation thanks to its shocking ability to transform ones face. The filter has now been used over 90 million times, qualifying for viral status.
However, its latest challenger, the 'aged' filter is growing in popularity with 6.9 million videos shared by users. And of course, with such a celebrity like Ky jumping on the social media trend, we only expect this number to grow.
See what the now 25-year-old mum-of-two will look like in years to come below:
"No, I don't like it. I don't like it at all. No, no," she says in the short clip while shaking her head.
Having said that, Kylie hilariously added to her thoughts, writing in the comments section: "jk i love her she's cute lol 🫶🏻." And to that, we agree!
Everyone's clicking on...
Fans also shared their love and support for circa 75-year-old Ky in the comments section, too. Read a few of our favourite responses below:
"this is actually perfect kylie."
"The way she smiled 😂"
"But u still look iconic"
"you still look good, don't be scared to age xx"
"You are SO PRETTY 🩷"
"Always beautiful❤️"
"you look amazing wdym"
With a growing number of virtual counters, digital parlours and of course, AI and AR, the future of the beauty industry seems bright. So, we have no doubt that a business head like Kylie cannot combat a few wrinkles and under-eye bags. Cosmetics just got a new meaning, hey...
