At the risk of sounding like a major fangirl (though, I'll happily own it), Anne Hathway has got to be one of theee most iconic celebrities of our time. From her award-winning movie roles to the social activism she carries out as a longtime UN Women Global Goodwill Ambassador – not to mention *that* viral video of her dancing at PFW – in every aspect, Anne really does know what the people want. And ofc, she provides every single time.

When it comes to her beauty looks, those accolades don't fall short either – after all, with over two decades in the spotlight, is this anything but expected? Spoiler: the answer is no.

Whether we're gushing over her 80s-style pixie cut or banging on about her bangs (no pun intended), Parisian chic is always a guarantee. And today is no expectation, for her most recent look is a level-up (and a half!) on the latter.

Taking to Instagram to share the first few images of her #VersaceIcons campaign, Anne debuts a shaggy, 'waterfall' take on her classic fringe. Andy Sachs would definitely be proud.

Giving more texture and definition to her face-framing cut, the star has now opted for a gradient-style fringe. As we can see from the reference pics above, the cut is defined by longer pieces of hair that gradually reduce in length the further inward they get – but still maintain their shaggy finish. Hence it's waterfall name, if you will.

After sharing Donatella's vision for the shoot in the caption of her post, Anne signs off by writing: "I’m gonna go enjoy these sexy jeans. 🧷⚡️👖🖤".

Everyone's clicking on...

And I must say, touché, Anne! Because we're going to enjoy your hair when recreating it in the salon chair this weekend *books a professional appointment asap*. We bow down to you, Queen.
