As the UK, once again, unwillingly revels in the unprecedented rain (you best believe I'm rolling my eyes), Penélope Cruz is bringing a much-appreciated warmth to our feeds with her freshly highlighted 'blonde' hair.
While fronting a brand new GEOX fashion campaign, the Spanish actor debuts a new hair colour for the autumn season. A recent video reel for the shoe brand has been shared on social media and Penélope's hair colourist, Matt Rez also reshared the short clip to show off her look and his work.
In the caption of his post, Matt calls this lighter hue 'sunkissed hair' and reveals that Penélope's locks have also undergone a slight chop. "Cut by Adam Campbell," he wrote.
As shown, choppy, textured lion's mane locks are so in.
Now, this isn't the first time this year that the Pirates of the Caribbean star has undergone a hair refresh. A few months ago in March, accompanying our resident Berries and Cream ambassador, Lisa Rinna, Penélope took to France to attend Paris Fashion Week and the Chanel runway show, no less.
Ofc, she looked as chic as ever donning a tweed, feather-embellished, blazer dress but our eyes, naturally, were averted to her chest-length locks.

Admittedly, the following isn't a dramatic bleach-dyed bob chop à la Kourtney Kardashian but at the time, it certainly welcomed change for the spring season transition. To compare, here's a look at Penélope's hair back in early October of 2022:

For this transformation, Penélope's hairstylist opted to keep her natural mocha brunette tone through the root with the added warmth of honey-blonde highlights through the ends. This makes for not only a stylish colour palette but a low maintenance 'do, too.
So, that's two blonde(ish) hairspo pics to show your salon stylist for the price of one. A win-win, if you ask us!
