Blake Lively just wished her big sister and fellow actress, Robyn, a Happy Birthday on Instagram, and we can see where she gets not only her marriage bants from, but also her good hair genes.

The two sisters may have a 16 year age gap, with 51 year old Robyn a striking red to Blake's trademark blonde, but the pair are totally twinning in the family photo Blake shared to mark the occasion. Twinning by way of their tousled messy bed/beach hair that has us wondering is they were just abseiling or waterskiing or some other horribly sporty family activity. We should have guessed she was trained up in sibling warfare.

Blake just looks like she comes from an active family. Raised on fresh air. You can't manufacture that look.

It's not just the hair either, Robyn shares Blake's beaming 100-watt smile too, and seemingly her savage sense of humour. After declaring Robyn the 'Best. Friend. Ever', Blake wrote; "Thank you for giving me someone to bully for life without ever having to feel guilty. Also known as thank you for being my sister."

The photo story had the smash hit song from Mulan; "I'll make a man, out of you" added to it, without the context explained. Maybe Robyn isn't as good at all the abseiling and waterskiing?

Most of the sisters' appearances together are decidedly more glamorous, but we might just prefer the stripped back, messy haired moment. Pure sisterly love.

Everyone's clicking on...

With three daughters in the house and another little one on the way, Blake's going to have plenty of sisterly love (and war) to be keeping in check herself.
