For many of us, Ariana Grande first appeared on our screens with red hair, playing the character of Cat Valentine in Victorious, circa 2010. However, what we were yet to learn back then was that the star had actually been a very successful child actor, rocking her natural brunette curls on the Broadway stage.
Fast forward to today and Ariana has switched up her hair look once again with long blonde locks for her role as Glinda Upland in the upcoming movie, Wicked. I guess one could say that her commitment to acting is unmatched!
Ari's go-to celebrity makeup artist, Ash K Holm, posted a pair of new photos on Instagram to share yet another look at her recent colour transformation. In said snaps, Carl Bembridge has styled Ariana's hair up and in her trademark ponytail, complete with a deep side parting.
As for the makeup, Ash has opted for a soft pink glam on both the eyes and lips, shying away from her signature feline flick eyeliner. As well as this, to add to the drama of the look, the singer-meets-actor has bleached her dark eyebrows blonde. This is one we like to call: the 'naked brow' trend.
But to really embrace the makeover, let's take a trip down memory lane, comparing Ariana's most loved hair looks.
First up we have her infamous fiery red colour that was typically styled down and straight:
And of course, we must make way for her natural hair texture. Oh, and she debuted this one in the bath, no less:
Ahhh Ariana was right after all... God is a woman! Or rather, a good witch? Either work, TBH.
