Autumn and Halloween go hand in hand – there's no question about it. Therefore, orange is the colour that comes to mind, right? Well, my point being is that, whilst we love to decorate our houses with said shade, we also love to revamp our hair with it, too.
I mean, celebrities including Shay Mitchell, Ciara and Sydney Sweeney all prove that very sentiment to be true as well as myself, who also underwent a bleach transformation to achieve the copper look. And now, also jumping onto the very on-trend hype (me, biased? I think not...) is the Suicide Squad actor-meets-OG Victoria's Secret model, Cara Delevingne.
Just yesterday, Cara debuted her brand new hair colour on Instagram, posting a four-part carousel to her main grid in celebration of her upcoming documentary series Planet Sex at the MIPCOM trade show in Cannes. With such a range of snaps, we can certainly see the shade in all of its golden copper glory and, although, not a dramatic difference from her previous brunette look, her locks have definitely been bleached a few shades lighter.
To compare, first, let's take a look at Cara's colour from earlier this month:
It was giving mocha hot chocolate, or as Americans like to call it, 'cocoa'. And now, for today's hot drink of choice, the pumpkin spiced latté look:
Although it is yet to be shared who worked up the stunning colour, what we do know is that celebrity hairstylists, Danielle Priano and Anthony Perez, created Cara's soft wavy style. Along with MUA, Hung Vanngo, who coordinated the look with an orange eyeshadow and nude lip. The three make for the most perfect glam squad trio.
I think their work here is done. That's autumn in a hair look = achieved.
