It's no secret that celebrities have access to some of the best (of the best!) beauty treatments around. From sculpting facials and innovative technology, and even those high-end pricer products, there are no limits when you're *that* influential. And as envious as it makes me, I appreciate it when a celeb is about receiving said treatments. Jennifer Lopez, you're up.
In a recent Instagram post shared on the star's brand page, JLo Beauty, Jen is shown to be undergoing a HydraFacial. Together, the two companies have teamed up to create an all 'new HydraFacial JLo Beauty Booster [that] tightens, brightens, and hydrates so you can glow with confidence'.
Now, this all may sound intriguing, or perhaps even invasive, but fear not for on the brand's website, it states: 'the magic of a HydraFacial is in the wand, which works like a vacuum to open pores for a deep cleanse and easy extraction of impurities and dead skin cells. It also allows the active ingredients in our boosters to penetrate deeper, for the most effective treatment possible'. I guess it's just like a Henry Hoover but for your skin.
In the video, J-Lo says: "You feel more confident, more happier, prettier, sexier, [...] more beautiful. You do! Confidence is sexy. My favourite part is the results, what happens at the end [...] walking out of here feeling like I don't need to put makeup on. It's such a game changer".
That being said, in the comments section of the post, fans have pointed out J-Lo seems to be wearing makeup in the video. However, having a hair and makeup glam squad on hand is pretty common practice for a promotional advert like this.
Either way, if it's J-Lo approved, you best believe I'm down to give it a try. I juuust need to wait for payday...
