When scrolling through celebrity Instagram feeds, the poolside selfies, red carpet pap pics, and private jet snaps can seem somewhat, well, a little out of touch TBH. Kylie Jenner, I'm looking at you. However, what makes Ky so relatable is her very transparent videos we see on IG Stories, TikTok, and YouTube. Oh, and does anyone remember her Keek days?! Iconic.
Most recently, the Kardashian's star attended the Met Gala (as did every other major celeb *pretends to be shocked*) and just two days later, shared a nine-minute video to YouTube documenting her whole getting ready process. It seems to be a Kar-Jenner tradition as her our mum, Kris, also did a similar video with Vogue.
In the footage, the now mum-of-two shared some behind-the-scenes secrets starting from the very moment she got up. She shared that to begin her day, she washes her face with the Kylie Skin Clarifying Cleansing Gel, ÂŁ29.
The Kylie Cosmetics founder says: "So, I actually wash my face really well and I let it [...] sit in the skin. Then I'm going to pat my face dry". Standard, really. I guess she's just like us regular folk!
Then, Kylie shares a candid moment, saying: "These are my clarifying patches. I have a little pimple and so far it's red but it's very very flat".
Again, I feel very seen as it's not just me who breaks out at the most inconvenient of times. But I guess if her very own Kylie Skin Clarifying Patches, ÂŁ16 seem to work for the Met, we're all going to have to give these a try. Review = pending.
Following this, we see Kylie "do a little lymphatic massage with Tati" aka Tatiana Vianna to "snatch her face". Unfortunately, facials are perhaps not an everyday occurrence for most of us, so, if you too want to snatch your face, why not try out TikTok's approved method of using a rose quartz gua sha.
BRB, I'm just off to Google how much a lymphatic massage with Tati is so I can start saving some coin...
