I don’t know about you, but my eyebrows seem to have a mind of their own. One day (although this day is rare, I must admit) they’re twins, but the next? They’re not sisters, no. They’re not even distantly related cousins, tbh. More often than not, they’re along the lines of family friends. But in times of need, beggars can’t be choosers, unfortunately.
However, one celeb that has just pulled through with yet another makeup hack (praise the eyebrow Gods above) is none other than Kylie Jenner herself. A few days ago, the Kylie Cosmetics founder shared an easy makeup trick for glowy, healthy-looking skin which had us all digging out our cream blushers. Oh, and it's makeup artist-approved, may I add.
This time though, Ky took to her Instagram Stories to share the hack her makeup artist uses in order to tame her eyebrows. In the video, her go-to artist, Makeup By Ariel, is seen flattening down the hairs with the end of a spoolie brush – and no, it’s not the spoolie side, it is actually the end of the brush he uses.
How have we never thought to do that?!
From the looks of it, Ariel has already filled in the brows and set them with a gel. After flattening, he takes the spoolie brush end and combs the end of the hairs flat against the brow. I guess they’re going for a polished look, rather than a fluffy brow.
Of course, we can only assume that Ariel would've used Kylie's very own Kylie Cosmetics Kybrow Pencil, £16, and Kybrow Gel, £18.
Now, don't mind me, I'm just off to practise this technique in preparation for an early start tomorrow. Wish me luck...
