For most of us, taking a scroll on our Instagram feed or reading a book before bed is the go-to, but not for Dua Lipa. The One Kiss singer just shared the one product she uses before catching her z’s.
The pop star is no stranger to sharing a makeup-free selfie on Instagram and when her barefaced snaps pop up on my feed, it's always her incredible skin I can't stop looking at. Closely followed by her shiny tresses, of course. But thankfully for us, Dua shared the secret to her glow in a recent interview.
Other than a vintage diamond ring that Elton John gifted her (IKR, so boujee), the Brit said that the best gift she’s received recently is "an infrared face light".
"Before bed, I lie down and I pretty much sleep under it," she told the Financial Times. "It has this really relaxing, warming feeling, and I see a difference in my skin: I don’t break out as much".
If you’re up for splurging (and I mean splurging), Dua uses Celluma Light Therapy. However, unfortunately, these infrared face lights average quadruple figures *gently wipes tears*. But don't fret, because if, like me, you’re not willing (read: able) to spend thousands, here are some other alternatives. Yes, they're still spenny but nowhere near as much and are often praised in the beauty industry for their results:

That’s not the only beauty recco she shared, either. As you probably know, Dua famously once said (or sang) "one kiss is all it takes, fallin' in love with me". And if you’ve ever wondered what the star dresses her pout with, we’ve also got the answer.
Whether it be an orange coral gloss or a deep espresso brown lipstick, Dua tends to rock a nude lip on the reg and even said: "I never leave the house without my brown lipstick".
"Every single type of lipstick that you will find in my house, in my make-up bag, wherever, is just different shades of brown [...] I feel like it brings out my features: when I can’t really be bothered with make-up, all I need is face cream and brown lippy and I leave the house."
Dua even revealed the exact one she uses, which is the Gloss Embrace Lip Gloss in the shade Affair from celebrity makeup artist Lisa Eldridge's eponymous beauty range.
To conclude: always make time for an infrared sesh pre-bedtime and never leave the house without a brown lippy. Got it!
