After a long battle to end her 13-year conservatorship, the singer is finally getting to enjoy her freedom – and frequently gives fans an insight into her new life, including dance routines, fashion lookbooks and memes.
Carrying on the good vibes, today [2 December] marks Brit’s 40th birthday and to celebrate, the I’m A Slave 4 U singer is going on a getaway with her fiancé Sam Asghari. Cute!
Britney posted a series of pictures and videos of the couple sharing a loved-up moment in what looks like the entrance of a fancy coach or jet. While one video shows Sam grabbing Brit’s butt and going in for kiss, we barely noticed the PDA as we were too busy staring at Britney’s hair.
In the video, she’s sporting some of the prettiest, bouncy curls we’ve ever seen. It looks like Brit’s hair has been tonged with smaller barrels in different directions and then brushed out slightly for a more effortless vibe – and we’ve just found inspo for our next round of bday celebrations.
Her go-to hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos reposted Britney on Instagram Stories, writing: “Bday hair for Ms #BritneySpears by urs truly”.
It’s only right that the birthday girl has incredible hair, especially on her 40th. And while we’re on the subject, where does somebody as iconic as Britney even go for their birthday? We doubt she'll be hitting up a cheeky Nando's or a 2-for-1 happy hour but we’ll definitely be refreshing our Insta feeds for all the feel-good content.
