If you've ever attempted the WAP dance (this is a safe place, it's okay to admit you have), you'll know just what a workout a TikTok dance routine can be.
Admittedly I don't have the stamina of the Lopez brothers, but let's just say by the time I'm finished with my embarrassing attempt, I'm grateful for my undying devotion to Mitchum deodorant.
Now I know she's a professional dancer, but somehow, despite doing a myriad of complex routines, Addison never looks anything but flawless.
I'm obsessed with her approach to makeup, which kind of reminds me of Natalie Noel. Minimal on the products, but maximum on the healthy glow. Think perfectly flushed cheeks and lips.
Clearly Addison knows a thing or two about makeup as she has her own line: Item Beauty and in a new video with Vogue she finally shared her own routine.
As well as having her own views on beauty, Addison has been influenced by two other women in her life: her mum and Kourtney Kardashian.
While Addison's mum used to be a makeup artist and so taught her all she knows, Kourtney's contribution to Addison's routine is the importance of daily SPF and for that we have to applaud her.
But it was her foundation I really took note of, because any base that can survive the scorching temperatures of Los Angeles is worth investing in.
Addison's choice? Charlotte Tilbury's Airbrush Flawless Foundation, which promises to give a weightless, full coverage, natural matte finish in 44 shades.
If, like me, you avoid matte bases like the plague, it might be time to rethink your choices. When I interviewed MAC's global senior artist Dominic Skinner about foundation transferring onto my mask, he recommended switching to a matte base and instead adding glow to areas above, i.e your cheekbones.
Which is exactly what Addison does, as she then goes in with Charlotte's Beauty Light Wand in Goldgasm.
