Nothing can shift product off a shelf faster than a Kardashian, and Khloe proved just that when she modelled a cute beige lip on her Instagram stories back in October. It went on to sell out in just four hours and once stocks were replenished, it sold out again the following evening.
In fact, the Manchester-based brand’s website reported a 520% increase in traffic, causing it to crash overnight as orders flooded in. The original post came from Khloe’s makeup artist Rokael Lizama (side note: he also tends to the face of Beyonce). Rokael teamed the creamy caramel lipstick with his own Lip Gloss Oil and Lip Liner (due to launch), and also credited Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz in Soft Brown, £23, KKW Beauty Sooo Fire Eyeshadow Palette in Kilauea, $45 and Iconic London Seamless Concealer in Natural Beige, £22, referring to Khloe's dreamy look as #BerryBronzedGlam.
The lipstick in question was Doll Beauty Lipstick in Golden Girl, £13 and the founders of the brand (who met when they worked together as makeup counter girls) have now announced plans to launch stateside.
