This has undoubtedly been the year of the chop, amirite!? So many celebs have boldly braved a swift lob to their locks, we're starting to think we missed the memo.
Ashley Benson, Jessica Alba, Natalie Portman, JLo... the list goes on and on. And now - one person we reallllyy did not expect go short - Nicole Scherzinger stepped out last night at the British Fashion Awards with a sleek, bunt bob and whew, it's a good one.
Maybe it's because we still picture her as the scantily clad Pussycat Doll with waist long hair and a killer six pack, OR it could just be the fact that we've never even witnessed her have a notable trim.
Either way, we had to do a double take because she looks SO incredibly different. The new 'do is an altogether more sophisticated lewk for Nicole and she pulls it off perfectly.
Keeping the rest of her makeup lowkey, it wasn't just her hair that had us gawping - that black tipped french mani is so fierce, we've saved a couple pics to take to our nail salon ASAP.
So, yeah, if you needed confirmation that this is the year of the bob - it's here, it's clear and FYI, we're cutting our hair in the very near future.
