If you’ve been watching Married at First Sight season 20 on Peacock, then you know that the Seattle season has been…kind of a shitshow (complimentary). With a week to go until the finale (and reunion!) on August 27, I really only have faith in one couple going the distance, that couple being 34-year-old project manager Michelle Le and 37-year-old college basketball coach Cameron Mitchell.
The two have had their struggles through the season (the biggest issue being Cameron’s salary, as well as the fact that he lives in Portland for his job). Fans won’t know for sure whether these two end up making things work until the reunion (which airs the same day as the finale), but I did some digging to see if I could figure out the answer. And IMO, things look promising!
While these two have kept things low-key on social media (and don’t even follow each other on Instagram), there are a few clues that this pair is still going strong. For one: On an Instagram post of Cameron’s from April, which shows him posing with his dog, Michelle’s friend slid into his comments section to write, “Olive!!!” and IMO, that doesn’t seem like something you’d do to your friend’s ex.
Also: Back in March 2026, Cameron left his job as head basketball coach at Portland Community College to take on his new position at California State University, East Bay in San Francisco. Right around the same time that Cameron announced his new gig, Michelle left her Seattle-based job “to prioritize opportunities offering location flexibility,” according to her LinkedIn. Coincidence? I think not!!
Another good sign? Michelle posted a TikTok from the Outside Lands Music Festival in San Francisco a few weekends ago. Again, I don’t think it’s a coincidence that she’s hanging in the Bay Area!
Anyhoo, I’m going to stay convinced that these two got their happily ever after until further notice. Though if you want to know what really (allegedly) happened…
