And now fans are busy speculating that Harry and Amber secretly knew each other before filming the Netflix reality show—and Amber just spoke out about the claims.

Real quick before we get into it: Fans clocked that Harry is close friends with Tana Mongeau, who is close with Amber’s best friend Makoa Ho. As one person put it on Reddit:

In fact, Amber shut this narrative down while speaking to The Tab, explaining, “I have never met Harry before filming no, but we have a mutual friend! My first time meeting him was on the show!”

That settles that. As for whether Amber and Harry are still together following their wedding ceremony, there are rumors (and some evidence) that they split. Meanwhile, Harry just addressed speculation that their wedding wasn’t even legal despite being the entire premise of the show (his explanation makes sense if you want to check it out this way).
