Kate Middleton looks the epitome of elegance after new photos have emerged of her stepping out in public with her husband, Prince William, and other senior members of the royal family.

Last night, the Princess of Wales attended the Royal British Legion Festival of Remembrance at the Royal Albert Hall, and she looked glowing. Proving that she'll always be a style queen, Kate donned a sleek black blazer dress fitted at the waist, complete with a subtle flowing skirt that stopped just below the knees. She also pinned a poppy to the v-neck collar, which became a symbol of remembrance and hope after World War One.

To complete the sophisticated look, the 42-year-old wore a pair of sheer black tights and pointed heels. She accessorised with some pearl droplet earrings, reportedly from Princess Diana's collection, a matching necklace, and a black quilted Chanel clutch bag.

Saturday's outing is giving royal fans hope that Kate will be returning to regular public duties soon, following her recent preventative chemotherapy treatment. The Princess began the course in February after tests found cancer in tissues removed during an operation in January.

In September, Kate then released a heartwarming video to social media revealing she had finished treatment, and was "looking forward to being back at work and undertaking a few more public engagements in the coming months."

Kate's first return to the public eye came in June, when she appeared on the iconic Buckingham Palace balcony for Trooping the Colour. Then, in July, she attended Wimbledon to present the winner's trophy to Carlos Alcaraz.

Finally, the Princess' first appearance post-chemotherapy was last month, when she and Prince William spoke with members of the Emergency Services at Southport Community Centre following the devastatingly fatal knife attack that took place this summer.
