Though we may be heading into summer, a throw is a year round interiors essential and Asda has one we're adding straight to our baskets.
In the winter or rainy days (aka the UK weather right now) it's lovely to curl yourself into a throw while sitting on the sofa and watching the latest must-watch detective drama. And in summer they're perfect for draping round your shoulders whilst sat in the garden sipping on a glass of rosé. And of course, they just give an room you place them in extra texture, detail and colour.
George at Asda is currently selling a blue and brown reversible lobster throw that is perfect for our homes this summer.
Blue and brown has been the unexpected colour pairing of the last few months, and works so well thanks to the coolness of the blue, contrastingly nicely with the warmth of the brown.
Asda's throw uses a mixture light cool blue and a sandy brown which is perfectly in keeping with the lobster design to create a nautical look for the throw. One on side of the throw it's brown with a blue lobster, and on the other side it's the reverse.

The throw is currently available online and in store for £18. It measures up at 120x150cm, made from polyester and can be machine washed - perfect if you get any wine spills on it.
It's made with a woven texture and so will add extra layers of interest to any chair, sofa or bed you drape it across.
It will go very well with any existing nautical interiors you have or as a way to inject a bit of colour to a neutral colour palette.
And it would also work well with any wooden garden sets or chairs you have in the garden.
Just remember to take it inside before it rains again!
