The Princess of Wales (aka Kate Middleton) is all ready for the holidays, if her latest Twitter video is anything to go by. This week fans were loving the royal family's new Christmas card, where the Wales's all dressed in wholesome matching denim looks. Kate even wore a smart pair of skinny jeans, much to the delight of many a millennial.
Last night the family posted a video of Kate decorating the tree while wearing the *perfect* cosy Christmas jumper. (Seriously, she looks like the gorgeous star of a holiday rom-com, in the best way possible.) She finished the look with glossy curls and black trousers, and the whole vibe feels v smart and festive, doesn't it? We immediately went into internet sleuth mode to find out where we could get her jumper, and turns out it's Holland Cooper's 'Fairisle Knit' jumper, which retails for £179.
The cream version Kate is wearing is currently out of stock, BUT it's still available in a beautiful grey version, which I'll be asking Santa for this year. If you're desperate for the cream one though, you can enter your email on the brand's website to be notified when it's back. Hurrah! Scroll down to see Kate's jumper, where to buy the grey one, and similar options to shop online:
In the gallery above, the first grey one (top left) is the exact one Kate's wearing, but in grey. For alternatives, Abercrombie has a nice version under £50, and I also love Fatface's funnel neck option stocked at M&S - the scalloped detail on the neckline is so pretty. I'm personally a big fan of Brora cashmere - their designs are British made, carbon neutral, and made to last with natural fabrics. (Aka heirloom-quality pieces to pass down in your family.)
Hobbs, Boden, and Superdry also have lovely options at high street prices. I'll be wearing my fair isle jumper home for the holidays with jeans, heeled boots, and a blazer, layered underneath a trench coat for an easy classic look. What about you?
