Married At First Sight UK is in full swing, as viewers watch strangers meet for the first time at the altar and commit their lives to each other. But where exactly do the weddings take place?
As winter rolls in and cosy nights are calling, what better way to spend each evening than glued to the sofa, watching MAFS UK on E4? After the show kicked off on Monday [18th September], we've already seen four hopeful couples walk down the aisle, to meet their future life partner.
While it looks like there are some success stories brewing - Jay and Luke! - the same cannot be said for everyone, and things are looking a little sticky for the likes of Arthur and Laura. But still, before we jump to any conclusions, let's have a closer look at the gorgeous Married At First Sight wedding venues, shall we?
Hylands House - Rosaline and Thomas
Rosaline and Thomas got married in the second episode of MAFS UK 2023, with things starting on a slightly awkward note during their photo session. But they appeared to bond over the way past relationships had hurt them, warming up to each other as the day went on.
Ashridge House - Jay and Luke
Jay and Luke seem to be the early success story this season, with the pair warming to each other immediately at the altar. During his speech at their reception, Luke admitted it felt like he could be his most authentic, comfortable self around Jay, while he later said her singing lit up the whole room. We've got big hopes for these two.
Hatfield Place - Laura and Arthur
With Laura's high expectations and Arthur's humble background, viewers were left questioning whether these two were a perfect match - particularly when she called him a 'boy not a man' for saying 'I love you' in his vows, despite never meeting her before.
But thanks to his best man's speech about Arthur's determination and grind, Laura softens, and the last we saw of the pair, they were getting to know each other on a deeper level before heading to Mexico on honeymoon.
Elevetham Hotel - Nathaniel and Ella
Nathaniel and Ella seemed to share the most chemistry from the get-go in Married At First Sight, sharing how happy they were with each other's appearances at the altar. They then had an intimate photography session, which felt like they had known each other for years, before Nathaniel supported Ella when she shared the news of her transition. It was a beautiful moment!
Hedingham Castle
We're yet to see who gets married at Hedingham Castle, but there are multiple contestants remaining: Georges, Brad, Terence, Brad and Peggy, Shona, Tasha and Porscha.
