It wouldn't be a series of Married at First Sight Australia without a little post-show drama, and this season a lot of the tea being spilt and shady comments being thrown are coming from four of this year's grooms. Yep, that's right Billy and Dave, and Eliot and Adrian are currently in an intense feud.

Since the show finished airing in Australia, the four boys have been making podcast appearances and creating TikToks about their time on the series, and during this there's been a lot of overtly shady things said about each other. So what's the deal?

Well we've condensed down all the drama to give you all the most important details from this bizarre post-show feud.

A detailed timeline of MAFS Australia's Billy, Eliot, Dave and Adrian's feud

July to September 2024 - The guys film MAFS

Before we deep dive into the recent timeline here's a little bit of backstory. All four grooms were part of the original line-up entering this series of Married at First Sight Australia. Billy was matched with Sierah, Dave with Jamie, and Adrian with Awhina.

Eliot was matched with Lauren but less than three days into their marriage Eliot called it quits. He was then allowed to reenter the experiment and this time got married to Veronica.

During the experiment, Adrian got close to Billy's wife Sierah, however, despite suspicion from the rest of the group they maintained their connection was purely platonic. However, Sierah's friendship with Adrian was part of the reason Billy and Sierah ended their marriage halfway through filming the show.

Dave's relationship with Jamie hit rocky ground after the partner swap week in which Jamie moved in with Adrian. Jamie opened up to him about Dave not initiating sex and Adrian suggested this was due to a lack of attraction on Dave's part. This then led to some frostiness between Dave and Adrian during a subsequent dinner party, when Dave felt under attack from Adrian and Jamie.

Dave did a couple swap with Veronica who ended up moving in with him for three days. During that time the pair established a very close connection, and upon moving back in with Eliot, Veronica revealed how amazing Dave was and how she wished Eliot could be more like him.

At the following dinner party, Dave was then asked if Veronica was more his type, which he denied but it lead to Eliot questioning his relationship with Veronica. Following the dinner party at the next commitment ceremony Eliot and Veronica both decided their relationship was over and left the show.

Dave and Adrian stayed in their relationships throughout the series and both vowed to continue their marriages post-filming.

End of 2024 - the reunion filming takes place

After a few weeks away filming for the show picks back up for the reunion. Dave and Jamie have split, as have Awhina and Adrian. All four grooms return for the two episodes.

During the dinner party episode, rather than greet her ex-husband Sierah blanked Billy and sits with Adrian. Awhina and Sierah then get into it, but that's a story for another day.

1 February 2025 - Billy throws shade at Eliot's outdated views

We all remember Eliot praising traditional values and saying it's what he wanted in a wife. Billy then threw shade at this during an interview with the Daily Mail Australia, telling the publication: "I've never met a character like Eliot. I don't surround myself with people like that. He says that he wants someone from the 1950s. Does he know that we're in the 2000s now? We don't live in that time anymore."

25 February 2025 - Billy and Dave set up a joint TikTok

They may not have found romantic love on the show, but they formed a bromance for the ages, and so despite not seeing a lot of their friendship on the show Dave and Billy went onto set up a joint TikTok and Instagram to showcase their friendship.

26 February 2025 - Awhina and Billy are rumoured to be dating

As the show is airing in Australia pictures of Awhina and Billy looking cosy at the beach are released, leading everyone to believe the pair are dating.

However, Awhina denied there was anything romantic between them and insisted they are just friends.

2 March 2025 - Eliot starts shading Billy and Dave on TikTok

And so begins a lot of TikToks of Eliot throwing shade and digging out Billy and Dave.

He begins by reposting the video the guys started their joint TikTok with and inserting himself into it.

12 March 2025 - Adrian joins the chat and also starts throwing shade at the boys

Adrian, like his bestie Eliot, then starts making TikToks about Billy and Dave, including one where he pretends to be filming Veronica and Dave in bed during the couple swap week.

7 April 2025 - Eliot and Jamie are now rumoured to be dating

Talk about couple swaps. Eliot and Jamie begin hanging out with each other a lot as the final episodes of MAFS Australia air down under.

However, they deny they are dating and maintain they're just friends. They go onto make a bunch of TikToks together.

24 April 2025 - Dave throws shade at Eliot and Jamie's relationship

During a Q+A session on his Instagram Story Dave did not hold back when sharing his thoughts on Jamie and Eliot dating.

When asked: "What are your thoughts on Jamie and Eliot getting together?” Dave replied: "Honestly, I don’t have any thoughts on it. I couldn’t give a- I don’t care. I wholly doubt she’s going to sleep with three cast members from this year’s season. I think it’s just a TikTok Instagram thing, whatever they’re doing."

The third groom he's referring to his Teejay who Jamie slept with when she was in her late teens, way before the series.

25 April 2025 - Eliot throws shade at Dave in a TikTok

We all remember where we were when Dave said "I don't the hate the girl" about his relationship with Jamie. Eliot then reused that quote and posted it on a TikTok of himself and Jamie having a lovely time at a theme park together.

28 April 2025 - Billy calls Eliot and Adrian 'embarrassing' over their TikToks

After a number of digs thrown their way, Billy appears on former MAFS Australia bride Lauren Dunn's podcast, where he's asked how he feels about Eliot and Adrian's TikToks.

He says: "Couldn't care less. I think Eliot's like 35 or something, like if you want to go to TikTok war, I'm sorry but I can't be arsed with that. Dave's just been flown to Noosa gone to the Australia Park or whatever. I'm doing these PAs [personal appearances] doing jetskis, and they're in their bedrooms still making TikToks. If that's what you want to do, brilliant."

He then added: "It's funny because I actually saw Eliot in the airport when we were going to the viewing party. Well, he wasn't so busy then was he?"

29 April 2025 - Eliot makes fun of Billy's appearances

Eliot then responded and made a TikTok taking the mick out of Billy's club appearances, captioning the video: "Crashing out after Billy gets booked for another shirtless appearance at a regional under 18's event."

4 May 2025 - Billy says he lives 'rent free' in Eliot's head

After Eliot posted a bunch more TikTok's about Billy's interview with Lauren, Billy then responded and made a video talking about it.

Speaking to camera he said: "How good is it living rent free in someone's head? Like Eliot making TikToks constantly about me is brilliant. How much a week does it cost in there? Because I'm living free all week, every week."

Eliot then responded with another shady TikTok. And honestly? We're living for the drama.
