Well, we think we speak for everyone when we say last night's (13th April) episode of Married At First Sight Australia on E4, was a LOT to comprehend and it's left viewers with one rather important question.

Last night's episode saw the second to last dinner party for the couples and it featured a number of shocking revelations. Firstly, there was the news Claire shared that Tayla had travelled home to her native Tasmania, only to return at the end of the episode and tell Hugo she wanted to give their relationship another go, to which Hugo said "no" to. We then saw Jesse express doubts about his relationship with Claire, and her motivation for remaining in the experiment.

However, the biggest shock of the night was Bronte revealing Harrison had ended their relationship over text, after Bronte said she wanted to go home. The pair arrived at the dinner party together but Bronte was visibly upset and was comforted by the other women.

During the dinner party, Bronte tried to give her side of the story, however Harrison overtook the conversation and tried to explain that he felt Bronte couldn't give him what he wanted in a relationship. Bronte ended up leaving the table and heading home for the night in tears.

Later in the episode, fellow bride Melinda tried to understand more about the breakup from Harrison and hold him accountable for his actions. Evelyn also stepped in when Harrison deflected the questions he was getting about his own relationship into questioning Melinda and Layton's relationship, and Jesse and Claire's marriage. She held him accountable and told him to stop deflecting.

Whilst it was great to see Melinda and Evelyn stand up for Bronte and the other couples, many viewers were questioning why the other men at the table weren't holding Harrison accountable.

One person said: "The fact not one of the guys have spoken up against Harrison yet is making me so much more angry #MAFSAU."

Another said: "Oh how are the men not seeing how fake Harrison is and call him out on it. Just #fake."

And another agreed saying: "Why aren't the men saying anything to Harrison? STEP UP !! He's deflecting."

Towards the end of the dinner party Layton did stand up for wife Melinda and call Harrison out for the things he was saying.

However, as a viewer it was slightly frustrating to watch as many of the men, with Ollie in particular, saying exactly how he felt about Harrison in a confessional to camera, but not saying it directly to Harrison.

Whilst no one should have to say or do things they feel uncomfortable with, and having the whole group attack Harrison wouldn't be fair, it does feel disappointing that throughout the majority of the season, it has come down to the women to have to call out the men on their behaviour.

From the teaser for next week's episode at the commitment ceremony, it does appear the experts will be holding Harrison accountable for his behaviour.
