There's no way he's doing it on purpose, but somehow Jamie Dornan knows exactly when and how to remind us that he still is, and always will be, great. Well, in case you had lost sight of that fact for a moment, last night the star hit the red carpet for the premiere of his latest film Belfast, and while there, he treated people to a performance of "Everlasting Love". Needless to say Twitter has lost it.
The film, which stars Dornan alongside Caitriona Balfe (Outlander), Ciarán Hinds (Harry Potter) and Judi Dench (Skyfall), follows the life of a young boy (Jude Hill) and his working class family during Belfast's tumultuous 1960s.
The LA premiere of the hotly anticipated film was a generally swanky affair, with excited fans on Twitter (understandably) loving basically every single picture of the cast on the red carpet together.
Well, little did we know the treat we were in for, since halfway through the evening Dornan took to the stage to perform a live rendition of "Everlasting Love" by Love Affair - a song he also performs in the film. Obviously the internet swiftly lost it, and not just because of how good Dornan's singing was, but also because of how wholesome and lovely the crowd's reaction was.
We've got a little while until the film is out, so we'll just be watching these clips on repeat until then, okay?
Belfast will be released in cinemas in January 2022.
