It's been a busy few days in the Love Island villa for the 'L' word. Not only have the contestants (and the entirety of Twitter) been obsessing over Jake finally telling Liberty he loves her back, but on last night's (August 15) episode we saw Faye admit – albeit accidentally – that she's in love with Teddy too.

To recap, while the boys made their couples a slap up meal, Faye, Mary and Priya had a little gossip in between courses. When asked how her date was going, Faye replied: "I just love him."

Quickly realising what she'd let slip, Faye looked just as surprised by her answer as Mary and Priya. "I don’t know what you’re talking about. What? Carry on," she said, trying to brush the 'L' bomb back under the carpet.

But while she may have got away with discussing it any further with the girls, viewers at home had a lot to say about it.

"Did Faye just say LOVE??" tweeted one fan, with another adding "NOT FAYE SLIPPING OUT THAT SHE LOVES TEDDY HMMMM," someone else said "Faye we heard you say you love Teddy," with a fourth tweeting "I mean I get why Faye loves Teddy, I do too."

But Faye might not get the chance to tell Teddy herself about her feelings. The couple are at risk of being dumped from the Island after they were voted by their fellow contestants as one of the least compatible couples. Jake and Liberty, Mary and Aaron, and Priya and Brett are also at risk.
