Sometimes, just sometimes, celebrities do something totally relatable, like drunkenly sliding into someone's DMs. Which is exactly what Lizzo did last week to Chris Evans after a few too many. Well, the good news is that after Chris's initial response, it now looks like the pair have actually been doing a bit of chatting since the drunken slide.
It all started last week when Lizzo shared a TikTok telling fans, "Don’t drink and DM, kids…. for legal porpoises [sic] this is a joke," along with a screenshot of the messages she sent which included a puff of smoke, a running man and the basketball emojis. Not only did Evans respond but he also began following the Juice singer on Instagram.
Now, in a new TikTok, Lizzo updated fans on where things had got to since then. Replying to a fan comment asking about any developments, Lizzo responded saying "So, let’s see what your pause game is like motherf**kers" before quickly flashing a screenshot of the messages up on screen.
Fans quickly got going on capturing a screenshot of the messages, and eventually got hold of the chat between them. In response to his message Lizzo wrote, "Well.. they say u miss 100% of the shots you never take (and even tho I unsent it like a dork) I’m glad u know I exist now. [sic]"
But that's not all, he then responded again saying, "Of course I do! I’m a fan! Keep up the great work!! xxx."
Well that's a fair few kisses, isn't it?
