If you ever wondered whether celebs love to lurk on their exes on Instagram just as much as we sometimes do, here's the proof: John Mayer just liked a picture of ex Jennifer Aniston 10 years after their break up.
The singer was creeping on a Jen fan account, @jenniferanistonfaniston, which shared four stunning black and white pictures of the actor looking all joyful and effortlessly incredible as she rides a bike. The picture in question:
After John hit the like button, Jen fans had lots of questions. "WHY DID @johnmayer LIKE THIS?" one wrote, while a second commented, "Not John Mayer liking 😳. "
The pair dated between 2008 to 2009 after meeting at an Oscars party and John later told Rolling Stone, "I’ve never really gotten over it [...] it was one of the worst times of my life."
Since their split, the pair have remained good friends and, back in April, Jen also got involved in one of John's Instagram Live streams, leaving a series of emojis as he chatted about music and shared a story about the late Bill Withers.
The Grammy winner also attended Jen's star-studded 50th birthday party last year, as did Jen's ex-husband Brad Pitt. "Basically, every single person who Jen loves attended. That included Brad," a source told People at the time. "The party was a celebration of Jen’s life."
