While there's been deaths aplenty in everyone's favourite BBC drama Line of Duty, key characters Ted Hastings, Steve Arnott and Kate Fleming will be returning for the sixth series, which is due to hit our screens next year.
But while the AC-12 trio are currently still hanging tight five seasons in, BAFTA-winning actress Vicky McClure has admitted she's always worried her character could be written out of the show.
When quizzed by Red magazine about being killed off, she said: "Always!"
Vicky went on: "I think we all [the whole cast] are. We all know we're always teetering on the vulnerable side of life because Line of Duty always delivers a sort of completely shocking killing or complete twist. Or whatever it might be...
"You just never know if it's going to involve you. I remember when Craig Parkinson's character Dot died, he was so glad that Jed does it in a way that is right for the story, right for the character. and it's dramatic enough and there's enough for you to go on. We all hope we make it though..."
Vicky also revealed she's completely in the dark about season six and can't even begin to predict what writer extraordinaire Jed Mercurio has in store.
"I wouldn't be able to say where this series will go because I'm just not Jed - I don't have that skill in my brain to conjure up where we could go next..."
Neither do we Vicky, neither do we.
