What's it for? Fighting breakouts.
What's in it? Peppermint oil, vanilla absolute, evening primrose seeds and African marigold oil.
Pros? You wanna know what my big Friday night plans are? Going home and applying this bad boy again. The peppermint scent is so addictive and it has this satisfying tingle on your skin, like someone gently blowing on your face with an Extra Strong Mint in their mouth. But more importantly it deflated the horrific spot that had rudely popped up on my chin.
Cons? Only that I can't wear it everyday of the week.

What's it good for? Reducing redness and calming skin.
What's in it? Kaolin, calamine and Turkish rose oil.
Pros? First of all it's a millennial pink face mask so obviously I love it. But on a less shallow note, this felt incredibly soothing and my normal red blotchy face, was significantly less red and blotchy after use.
Cons? For once I have nothing to moan about.

What's it good for? Reducing redness and calming skin.
What's in it? Calamine powder, rose absolute and neroli oil.
Pros? I thought I would hate this but when the jelly transformed to a rich, creamy moisturiser I completely changed my mind. I loved how soothing this was and my skin felt a lot softer after use.
Cons? No complaints here.

Brazened Honey Fresh Face Mask
What's it good for? Exfoliating and brightening tired looking skin.
What's in it? Fennel, ginger root, parsley, coriander, clove, lime juice, sage, rosemary, juniperberry, cardamom, clove, free range eggs, honey and almond oil.
Pros? I loved the honey scent and the ground almonds made for a really effective, yet gentle scrub. My skin definitely felt and looked smoother.
Cons? Despite washing off with a flannel, I was still left with scrubby bits on my skin which gave me the shivers when applying my moisturiser.

Just to Clarify Jelly Face Mask
What's it good for? Giving your skin a glow boost.
What's in it? Papaya juice, bamboo stem, grapefruit oil, bergamot oil and fresh orange juice.
Pros? I liked the texture and this was one of the jelly masks that was easy to work into a paste. My skin was seriously shiny afterwards, so I can definitely confirm that the glow up is real.
Cons? The randomly placed papaya seeds did make me panic that my house might have a mouse problem.

What's it good for? Exfoliating and brightening.
What's in it? Murumuru butter, ground rice, lemon juice, neroli, tofu, rice syrup and grapefruit oil.
Pros? The fruity scent was seriously uplifting and it was the perfect amount of scrub to get red of dead skin without irritating.
Cons? I guess not everyone will enjoy looking like a member of the Blue Man Group (not me though).

Bunny Moon Jelly Face Mask
What's it good for? Soothing and moisturising skin.
What's in it? Honey, rose oil, chamomile, marigold, vanilla and benzoin resioid (tree bark).
Pros? Once I worked this jelly into a paste it felt really soothing and nourishing on my skin. It was also one of the most pleasant masks to wear and I happily left it on for way longer than the recommended 5-10 minutes.
Cons? While I could feel a difference in my skin, I couldn't see one.

BB Seaweed Fresh Face Mask
What's it good for? Softening and calming skin.
What's in it? Fresh seaweed, ground almonds, rose absolute, aloe vera, rosemary oil, kaolin and millet flakes.
Pros? Now, I will admit I am slightly bias because I've seen first hand how Lush make these particular masks. I've even been out on their boat with a gentlemen called Seaweed Pete who - you guessed it - collects the seaweed. A lot of cleansing face masks can feel stripping, but this left my skin feeling deep cleaned and soft.
Cons? Pre warning, if you are the kind of person who puts a face mask on and then lies in bed *raises hand* you might find little flakes of seaweed in your bed sheets.

What's it good for? Softening and moisturising skin.
What's in it? Bananas, illipe butter, oatmeal, ground almonds and kaolin.
Pros? My skin felt noticeably smoother after use.

Cons? It was kind of thick and hard to spread and I didn't really notice a difference in my skin.

What's in it? Coffee, roasted cocoa extract, vetivert oil, coriander oil and vanilla.
Pros? A really satisfying -get the job done - kinda scrub. I also liked that I could use it on both my face and body.
Cons? Is now a good time to mention that I hate the smell of coffee? It was so strong I felt like I was in a Monday morning meeting surrounded by people with coffee breath. If you're nothing like me though you will LOVE this because it literally smells like pure espresso.

What's it good for? Combating spots and deep cleansing.
What's in it? Green grapes, garlic, kaolin, tea tree oil, free range eggs and honey.
Pros? This left my skin feeling seriously cleansed, but not stripped or drying. I swear the horrific spot on my chin also looked less red after use.
Cons? The smell, I was really not a fan. One of those smells that you keep going back to sniff because you can't quite work out what it is that you don't like (I think it was the garlic).
